Sydney Displays Robust Clearance Rates

February 21, 2014

For me, our goals are what tie us to the salivating proposition called ‘peace’ and how we achieve them has a lot to do with who we are. Having given my life to the world of properties, most of my big, small, and medium goals have been related to the property world.

Rampantly Circulating Old Key a Security Threat

February 10, 2014

security threatIt’s a deplorable mistake to make and yet we keep making it all the same. Hint- it is related to your home security. Yes, you guessed it right (perhaps). I am talking about not going to a locksmith for re-keying your property. Do you ask me why?

Efforts To Make While House Hunting With Your Partner

February 7, 2014

house huntingThe person you love may love you just as deeply or more but this does not imply that your priorities and values will be same. After all, you both are two different individuals shaped by different life experiences. We are so obsessed with the thought of home ownership that so often we are in no mood to relent- we do not want to accommodate for anything that’s not at the top of our wish list. This attitude has to be shaken off when you are house hunting with your spouse or sweetheart.
